基于MapObjects与GRNN耦合的矿井充水水源识别方法研究

Water-filling Source Determination of Mine Based on GIS Component and ANN Coupling Technique

摘要:

矿井水化学演化机理非常复杂,受诸多因素如含水层岩性、地质构造、所处径流区域、采掘活动等的影响,使得同一含水层矿井水质变化也较大,因此矿井水源识别难度较高。为提高矿井水源识别准确率,借助MapObjects强大的空间分析功能和GRNN非线性特性,以兴隆庄煤矿为例,提出了动态构建矿井水源识别标准样品库的方法,建立了MapObjects与GRNN耦合的水源识别模型,实现了矿井水源识别。结果表明,MapObjects的空间分析功能,可以动态构建和待判水样地质环境相似的标准水源样品库,而GRNN则具有很好的预测和泛化能力,可以基于构建的水源识别样品库实现矿井水源的准确识别,MapObjects与GRNN耦合技术可以提高矿井水源识别的准确率。

Abstract:

The mechanism of mine water chemical evolution is very complicated , influenced by many factors such as aquifer rock, geological structure, runoff area and the influence of mining activities, which make the mine water quality in the same aquifer change significantly, so the mine water-filling resource determination becomes more difficult. In order to improve the accuracy of mine water-filling resource determination, with the powerful spatial analysis function of MapObjects and GRNN nonlinear characteristics, taking xinglongzhuang coal mine as an example, the dynamic construction method of Standard water sample database for mine water-filling resource determination was put forward, the MapObjects and GRNN coupling model of water-filling resource determination was established, and water-filling resource determination was realized. The results show that the spatial analysis function of MapObjects can dynamically build Standard water sample database whose geological environment is similar to the determined water sample. and GRNN has good prediction and generalization ability, can realize to determine water-filling resource of mine based on the Standard water sample database, MapObjects and GRNN coupling technology can improve the accuracy of mine water-filling resource determination.
